Educational

 

q  New Church Education Building - Georgetown, TX

·          MEP systems for a new 30,000-ft2 church education facility.

·          MEP systems included:

Variable Refrigerant Flow Zoning (VRFZ) Systems and dedicated outside air handling units.

q  New Charter School – Dallas, TX

·          MEP systems for a new 15,000-ft2 charter school.

·          MEP systems included:

Packaged rooftop units with hot gas reheat for humidity control.

         q New Elementary Schools - Leander, TX*

·         MEP systems for two new 130,000-ft2 elementary schools.

·         MEP systems included:

Geothermal water source heat pumps, dedicated outside air handling units with energy recovery, packaged rooftop units and commercial kitchen hoods. 

q  New Science Building - Commerce, TX*

·         MEP systems for a new 100,000-ft2 science building.

·         MEP systems included:

Custom air handling units, VAV boxes, chilled water system, heating water system, laboratory airflow control terminals, hood exhaust flow control terminals, and deionized water purifying equipment. 

q  New High School – Trenton, TX*

·         MEP systems for a new 60,000-ft2 high school facility including a commercial kitchen, gymnasium area and classroom wings.

·         MEP systems included:

New split system DX units with humidity control, rooftop units and a commercial kitchen hood.   

q HVAC Replacement-Nacogdoches, TX*

·         Removal, replacement and upgrade of the existing HVAC systems in (2) 40,000-ft2 elementary schools.

·         MEP systems included:

Rooftop units with energy recovery, VAV boxes and a boiler. 

q  Elementary Additions - Lakeway & Bee Cave,TX*

·         MEP systems for the addition of 3 new 15,000-19,000 sq. ft. wings onto 3 existing elementary schools.  

q  Children’s Facility – Richardson, TX*

·         A new 40,000-ft2 child-care facility for children with special needs.

 


Residential

 

q  Lake Residence  – Henderson County, TX

·         Design of a new 4,500-ft2 lake residence and compound including a guest house, cabana bar and boat house.

·         MEP systems included:

A new HVAC system composed of DX split systems and energy recovery and site utilities including a lift station and tennis court lighting. 

q  Bunkhouses  – Lake Texoma and Pleasanton, TX

·         Design of a MEP systems for (2) new approximately 4,000-ft2 bunkhouse and meeting facilities including a lecture hall, changing and shower facility, an administrative area and a kitchen. 

q  Turtle Creek Residence – University Park, TX*

·         Design of a new MEP systems for a 30,000-ft2 residence including an indoor pool and exercise facility.

·         MEP systems included:

A new HVAC system composed of geothermal water-source heat pumps, a new dehumidification system for the indoor pool room and a new wine room HVAC system.   

q  Highland Park Residence – Highland Park, TX*

·         Design of MEP systems for a new 20,000-ft2 residence including an underground parking garage.

·         MEP systems included:

A new HVAC system composed of geothermal water-source heat pumps. 

q  New Condominium Complex – Fort Worth, TX*

·         A new 150,000 ft2 condominium complex.

  


Office

 

q  Texas Parks and Wildlife Department Coastal Fisheries Division  – Port O’Connor, TX

·         Design of a new approximately 10,000-ft2 building for Texas Parks and Wildlife including an auditorium, a library, a lab, a boat repair shop and administrative areas. 

q  New Social Security Administration Buildings – Topeka, KS, Houma, LA, Pasadena, TX*

·         Three new office buildings ranging in size from 13,000 ft2  to 30,000 ft2 

q  Admin. and Maintenance Building – Ada, OK*

·         A new 30,000-ft2 office and administration building

·         A new maintenance garage for administration vehicles.

q  Educational Administration Building – Ada, OK*

·         A new 30,000-ft2 office and administration building 

 


Tenant Finish-out


q  Dentist’s Office – Sunnyvale, TX

·         Tenant finish-out of approximately 3,000 ft2 area for a pediatric dentist’s office including  lab, x-ray, brush up, operatory and administrative areas.

·         MEP systems included:

Design of a new HVAC system composed of packaged DX rooftop units, compressed air, process vacuum and bulk gases including oxygen and nitrous oxide systems.   

q  Half Price Books – Fort Worth, TX

·         Tenant finish-out of approximately 10,000 ft2 retail and office area. 

q  Fitness in Motion – Plano, TX

·         Tenant finish-out of approximately 4,000 ft2 retail and office area.

 


Other Projects

 

q  Government Operations Building – Yakima, WA*

·         A new operations and holding facility composed of several administration areas, prisoner holding areas, and interview areas.

·         MEP systems included:

A new HVAC system composed of DX furnace units for the administration areas and a 100% outside air system for the prisoner holding areas.  Mechanical scope also included specification of specialized equipment and diffusers for the prison area.  Plumbing scope included specification of specialized plumbing fixtures for the prison area. 

q  Manufacturing Facility – Southlake, TX*

·         A new facility for a manufacturer of helicopter instruments including a cleanroom meeting FAA requirements for instrument manufacturing.

·         MEP systems included:

A new HVAC system composed of DX gas furnace units and a DX cleanroom air handling unit with electric reheat to meet FAA temperature and humidity requirements.  Plumbing scope of work included compressed air, natural gas and bulk gas systems. 

q  Wellness, Dining and Worship Center - Kerville, TX*

·         A new multi-purpose facility complete with two dining rooms and a commercial kitchen.  Mechanical system consisted of gas furnace units and DX outside air units.

·         MEP systems included:

A new HVAC system composed of DX gas furnace units and dedicated DX outside air units.
